Looks like I’ve caught up with this page several years after you posted but I love the images, they chime with my own interest in surface pattern. I’m booked on a photography course at The Hepworth Gallery, Wakefield in a couple of weeks time that will result in a book. I always find a theme difficult to choose as I have so many photographic interests, but a few years ago I began to photograph marks and paint patterns on the surfaces of old farm machinery, buoys in a boatyard. Maybe I’ll go with that theme. Thank you.
